So fantastic! I tried roasting the veggies instead and also put the sauce ingredients in the high powered blender which turned them into a nice thick sauce. I love how I am learning to not use oil! I thought it was always necessary! Thank you, Forks Over Knives!

I made them and put them in mason jars with lids so the kids could grab them when they wanted! It was a big hit! I am going to try them with fresh strawberries next!

I think I went through the list of all the ingredients and was impressed that there was no soy. The ingredients look fresh and delicious. Will be back after I try them!

Wow, So many vegan recipes. simple to make. wanna try these recipes as soon as possible.
never knew I was already eating some of these dishes because of my culture. information and education is very important on food.
