Each plan contains a well-rounded variety of plant-based meals created by our in-house chefs. Every recipe is designed to be quick, easy, and pleasing to the whole family. The plan provides you with ideas for two meals per day (typically lunch and dinner), plus an optional snack or dessert. If you’d like to add breakfasts to a weekly plan, you’ll find a growing collection in your Recipe Archive. Just swap these recipes in any time, and your grocery list and Weekend Prep planner will update accordingly.

Of course. Simply indicate these intolerances when you sign up (or at a later date in your Account Settings) and the recipes in your plan will be adapted accordingly. Over time, we’ll be expanding support for other intolerances, too.
You bet. We’ve created Forks Meal Planner to be as flexible and easy to use as possible. Should you need to cook more (of less) of a meal, you can adjust the serving size for any recipe on the fly. Your Grocery List and Weekend Prep planner will automatically update.
Yes! If you ever need to move a larger or smaller plan, simply switch plans in your Account Settings—at no additional cost. Changes to serving sizes will appear in the following weekly plan.
As a subscriber, the recipes are all yours! If at any time you ever feel like revisiting a recipe from a past plan, you can always find it in your Recipe Box. When you swap a recipe into your plan, your Weekend Prep planner and Grocery List will automatically update.
While other Forks Over Knives resources provide a wonderful variety of recipes for cooks of all levels, every recipe in Forks Meal Planner is designed or adapted by our in-house chefs to meet a strict set of criteria. To make the cut, meals need to be quick, tasty, and easy to prepare in 30 minutes or less, using ingredients commonly found at most grocery stores. Whenever a recipe contains an ingredient that takes a little longer to prepare (for instance, boiling grains or roasting vegetables), it will include convenient Weekend Prep steps that allow you to batch-cook these items before your busy workweek begins. Each Meal Planner recipe can also be easily adjusted for multiple serving sizes, and any changes you make (whether to serving sizes or your weekly plan) will automatically be reflected in your Weekend Prep and Grocery List.
