Colin Campbell is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, project director of the acclaimed China-Oxford-Cornell Diet and Health Project, co-author of The China Study, and author of Whole: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition.
