When I look at all these snacks, nearly every one listed has a food ingredient in it that is on the “moderation” list. I try to stay away from Breads, Tortillas, Crusts, Nuts, etc, but then when I see this list, although it all looks yummy, it isn’t truly Whole Food Plant Based eating anymore. Understand I love these foods but I am trying really hard to avoid them. I would like to see truly whole food plant based snacks.
Want to eat less and less meat.
