Where s the cauliflower in this recipe!!??
I made this for Christmas dinner and it was amazing. I had never heard of delicata squash, but I’m telling you, this was absolutely fabulous. I will definitely make this dish again. Thank you for introducing me to delicata squash. I also made the cauliflower béchamel. Both of these dishes were a big hit.
