These were amazing! I made them once as described. The second time I experimented and chopped arugula to add to the patties. Also added a little ground flax seed, and changed the seasoning to a homemade salt-free shawarma seasoning. Yum!
I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but it looks delicious!
For the whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs though, is there a specific brand? Or is there anything else I can use as a substitute? I find that a lot of the brands for things I need aren’t available in Canada 🙁
No Frills Carrie’s Kikkomen brand if you are in Ontario. Barring that maybe Amazon?
