Katelin Mae is a co-founder of Sprout Wellness Center and the director of Campus Rec Nutrition at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California. She is also a culinary instructor at TrueNorth Health Center and a staff member at Dr. McDougall's Health and Medical Center, both in Santa Rosa, California.
