Thomas Campbell, MD, is an instructor of clinical family medicine, with an active practice, at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is also co-founder and clinical director of the U of R Program for Nutrition in Medicine. He is the bestselling co-author of The China Study and recently authored The Campbell Plan. He is also medical director and educator at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, a leading provider of online plant-based nutrition certification, in partnership with eCornell, Cornell University’s online course provider.
