Chris and Sharon Dunmall
Husband-and-wife writing team Chris and Sharon Dunmall adopted a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle in 2018, after a life-threatening heart event spurred Sharon to enroll in the Plant-Based Nutrition Certification program through eCornell. Chris stepped away from a high-pressure financial career to become a certified plant-based chef. Together they travel the United States in a camper van in search of great plant-based eats.
