Forks Meal Planner is the ultimate plant-based solution to “What’s for dinner?!” Each week, subscribers receive a curated meal plan for the week that includes easy-to-make breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and dessert recipes. Complete with a shopping list, Weekend Prep guide, and Recipe Box with countless recipes to add to your plan, the Planner is built to do it all.
- How many people does each recipe serve?
Recipes can be scaled to serve any number—from one to 100. The Planner does all of the math and grocery adjustments for you. Change your default serving sizes and other preferences at any time by visiting your Account Settings, or visit a select recipe to adjust the number of servings you’ll make of that individual dish.
- Is there an app?
Yes, there is an app! Simply navigate to the App Store or Google Play store on your phone and search for Forks Meal Planner. Once installed, you can log in easily using your existing credentials, or, if you are a new user, you can also start your trial directly in the app if you wish.
- How much does Forks Meal Planner cost?
You can try Forks Meal Planner completely risk-free for two weeks to sample our recipes and the flexibility and features of the plan. For premium membership, we have several different subscription options priced as low as $9.99/month. Monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions are available to fit every goal.
- Are the recipes the same as those on forksoverknives.com?
Forks Meal Planner recipes are specially designed by a team of recipe experts and chefs to fit all of the requirements of the Planner: easy to follow, done in about 30 minutes, using shared, easy-to-find seasonal ingredients. All Forks Over Knives recipes follow the same plant-based, whole-food dietary philosophy, but we hold Meal Planner recipes to additional standards to reduce cost, waste, and time spent in the kitchen.
- Can I exclude ingredients I don't like or am allergic to?
We offer instant adjustments for common food sensitivities like nuts, gluten, and soy when you start your trial, and our Recipe Box is easily searchable. Each recipe comes with recommendations, notes, and user comments. In addition, subscribers enjoy access to a lively community group where they can exchange recommendations for recipes, substitutions, and kid-friendly modifications. All recipes are compliant with a vegan diet.
