Week 1: Breakfast

To ease in to the program, you’ll spend the first week learning to build a breakfast routine. With our guidance, you will make a plan and stock up on some great basics for a healthy, delicious start to your day!

Week 2: Breakfast + Lunch

During Week 2, keep going by repeating the easiest, most satisfying plant-based breakfasts from Week 1. Now we’ll add tasty plant-based lunches to the mix.

Week 3: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

You’re getting the hang of it! By Week 3, you’ll be doing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Forks Over Knives is here for you as you continue your journey as a plant-based rock star!
