On Tuesday, October 25th, Forks Over Knives was screened on Capitol Hill for several members of Congress and legislative staffers. FOK lead experts T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. and Caldwell Esselstyn, M.D. made short presentations and answered questions from the audience.

Ozzy Osbourne said he was trying a vegan diet after recently watching Forks Over Knives. The 62-year legendary performer said, “My assistant showed me a video called Forks and Knives or something, about cutting out meat and dairy products, so I thought, ‘I’ll give this a shot!’” Watch the video (5:05).

Katy Perry is an American singer-songwriter and actress, who is the first artist in history to spend 52 consecutive weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100. Russell Brand is an English comedian, actor, columnist, singer, author and radio/television presenter. Brand and Perry married in October of 2010.

Steve’s work earned him a place as one of TIME’s top-100 most influential people in the world.
